Sleeping under Clouds

I bought this today at Macy's. It's freezing here! The winter season in this part of Oregon can be penetratingly damp to the bone. This comforter is "almost down" by Calvin Klein - Khaki collection. I was afraid that I would be allergic to a real down comforter, so I bought this and it's soooo soft and inviting. Sweet dreams for half price... like sleeping under clouds. Maybe I will be in a good mood when I wake up tomorrow, ya think?

"American Memory" Website

Illustration from Little Red Cloak by Harriet Burn McKeever. Ca. 1866.

The Library of Congress has a cool website called "American Memory". Here you will find a bunch of historical information and images about America, such as this baseball card from 1888 or this Sunday School book illustration from 1866. Or how about WPA posters from 1936-1943 ?
