About Me
- Name: Amy Crehore
- Location: West Coast, United States
My paintings have been exhibited in galleries and museums for many years and also commissioned by top magazines (such as Rolling Stone, Esquire, ESPN, Playboy, etc)and book publishers. My "Dreamgirls and Ukes" solo show took place in Los Angeles, CA. I am the creator of "Little Pierrot" & "Monkey Love" paintings and Tickler Ukes. I'm one half of the Hokum Scorchers Band. You are welcome! I'm well! Love that you got to meet Clowes and do this great interview.
I loved it too! He was the most gentlemanly person I have ever interviewed. We talked about life, love and death before and after the "official" bit and he's such a wise man!
I'm jealous! And I'm glad he didn't disappoint in real life. I love his art books. And those movies, too.
